Applications are invited for the posts of Assistant, Driver, Farash, LDC, Naib Qasid, Stenotypist, and UDC. The last date for submission of applications is 24 April, 2023.

Educational Qualifications Required

Each position has different educational qualifications required, ranging from Bachelor to Primary. The exact qualifications for each position can be found in the advertisement but some of the general requirements are as follows:

• Bachelor – for Assistant
• Intermediate – UDC and
• Matric – for LDC
• Primary – for some Farash, Driver and Naib Qasid positions

Experience

The experience required for post-to-post varies. Please refer to the advertisement for details.

How to Apply

1. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes Buddhist community can avail a relaxation of three years.
2. Released or retired personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan can avail a relaxation of up to 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
3. Government servants and contract employees who have completed two years of continuous government service on the closing date for receipt of applications can avail a relaxation of 10 years.
4. Disabled persons can avail a relaxation of 10 years.
5. Widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service can avail of relaxation of up to five years.

• Please note that if a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category, they can avail of relaxation in age only in one category. Additionally, a 2% disability quota will be observed as per rules, and disabled persons must provide a certificate from an authorized government organization as proof of disability.
• Government servants should apply through the proper channel, and an NOC will be provided at the time of the interview. The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
• Eligible candidates are advised to apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) link at http://njp.gov.pk. Candidates applying for more than one post should apply online separately for each post within 15 days from the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper. Please note that applications via hard copy or post will not be entertained. Candidates will be intimated via email/cell phone regarding call letters and other information.
