Terms & Conditions/ How to Apply:

1. Applicants who meet the required qualification and experience for each post are requested to submit their application on the prescribed form, along with an attested copy of their CNIC and two colored passport-size photographs. The application should reach the Additional Director (Admin), Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
2. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the CSA website at www.csa.gov.pk.
3. Original copies of the relevant documents must be presented during the Test/Interview. Copies of the documents will not be accepted.
4. Civil Services Academy, Walton, Lahore reserves the right to cancel, reduce, or increase the number of posts at any time.
5. Applicants who wish to apply for multiple posts must submit separate applications as per Sr. No. 1.
6. General age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be granted as per the Establishment Division’s O.M. No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 28.11.2000 and clarification dated 24.06.2010. Government servants and contract employees with a minimum of 2 years of continuous government service on the closing date of the application will be given a 10-year age relaxation, up to the age of 55 years. Disabled individuals will receive a 10-year age relaxation, while widows, sons, or daughters of deceased civil servants who died during service will receive a 5-year age relaxation as per the Establishment Division’s Recruitment Policy dated 24.06.2010.
7. A 2% quota is reserved for disabled individuals in the recruitment process.
8. Candidates who are already employed must apply through the proper channel.
9. All recruitments will be conducted in accordance with the Establishment Division’s recruitment policy dated 22.10.2014, as amended.
10. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
11. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for the Test/Interview.
12. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
13. No TA/DA will be provided for the Test/Interview.
