How to Apply

1. Candidates are required to apply online through the university e-portal at https://eportal.eum.edu.pk/. They should submit the following documents: i) A printed copy of the online application form along with attested copies of the required documents (certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, transcripts, experience certificates with specific dates, and publications). A recent passport-size photograph should be attached to the form, and a complete biodata/CV should be included. ii) Three envelopes with the postal address should be attached, and the candidate’s mobile number/WhatsApp/email should be written on Page 6 of 7 for correspondence. If there are any changes in the address, it must be communicated immediately to the Registrar, EUM.
2. The prescribed amount (non-refundable) should be deposited in any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP) in Account # 6510100673200079 with the account title “BOARD UNIVERSITY FUND EMERSON UNIVERSITY”. The applicants must attach the original deposit slip with the application as proof of payment and mention the name of the post and discipline on the deposit slip.
   • For BS-1 to BS-4: Rs 500/-
   • For BS-5 to BS-15: Rs 1000/-
   • For BS-16 to BS-19: Rs 1500/-
   • For BS-20: Rs 3000/-
3. Individuals who are already employed in any government or semi-government organizations should submit their applications through the proper channel. The requisite No Objection Certificate (N.O.C) from their current employer must reach the Office of the Registrar, Emerson University Multan, on or before the last date.
