How to Apply

  1. Candidates applying for the posts of Assistant Professors, Lecturers, and non-teaching positions are required to submit three sets of applications for Assistant Professors and Lecturers, and two complete sets of applications for non-teaching posts on the prescribed application form. The application form should be accompanied by attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, and research work/publications.
  2. Experience statements must be supported by relevant certificates. Each set of application should include one photograph. A Pay Order/Demand Draft issued in favor of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan, or an original bank challan/online deposit slip paid in Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan Account No. 0010044238650022 (Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch) should be attached with the application. The fee is Rs. 3,000/- for BPS-17 & above, Rs. 1,000/- for BPS-5 to 16, and Rs. 500/- for posts below BPS-5.
  3. Candidates currently employed in any Government or other organization should submit their applications through proper channel. However, advance copies may be sent to save time. The No Objection Certificate (N.O.C) from the present employer must reach the Registrar’s office before or on the last date for receipt of applications or on the date of the interview. Failure to provide the N.O.C may result in disqualification from the interview.
  4. All Government employees applying through proper channel must provide a clarification through the Heads of their respective departments stating that there are no pending inquiries or outstanding dues against them. Furthermore, there should be no adverse remarks in any of their Annual Confidential Reports. These candidates are required to obtain a Departmental Permission Certificate/No Objection Certificate (N.O.C). The forwarding letter should also include the ACRS grading for the last five years.
  5. Candidates applying for different posts should submit separate application forms clearly indicating the desired post and department. The prescribed application forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or downloaded from the Ghazi University website: www.gudgk.edu.pk.
  6. Candidates applying for multiple posts should submit separate application forms along with separate application fees.
