Ministry of Human Rights Jobs 2023 – Directorate General of Special Education

The Ministry of Human Rights, through the Directorate General of Special Education, has announced job openings for the positions of Prosthetics Technician, Attendant, Junior Teacher, and Driver in Islamabad. This job advertisement was published in the Daily The News Newspaper on May 26, 2023.

Candidates with educational backgrounds ranging from Intermediate to Primary and Middle school are eligible to apply for these positions. The Ministry of Human Rights welcomes applications from individuals with diverse educational qualifications who are interested in making a meaningful contribution to the field of special education.

How to Apply

1. The selection process will be conducted based on merit, following the regional/provincial quota system. A 10% quota is reserved for women, 5% for minorities, and 2% for disabled candidates, in accordance with the government’s policy.
2. Interested candidates are required to apply online through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication. Applications sent by post or hand-delivered will not be accepted.
3. The advertisement can be downloaded from the official websites www.dgse.gov.pk or www.mohr.gov.pk.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the written test and interview. Eligible candidates will receive notification of the test/interview via post or email.
5. Candidates who are currently employed in the government sector must apply through proper channels, including a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective organizations, stating their length of service and other relevant details.
6. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview. Candidates who are already employed in the government sector must also provide the original NOC from their departments/organizations.
7. The general age relaxation of 5 years and other applicable upper age limit relaxations will be provided as per the rules.
8. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for the test/interview.
9. If a candidate is interested in applying for multiple posts, separate applications must be submitted for each position.
10. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing any reasons.
