Terms & Conditions

1. Both clinical and theoretical instruction will be provided.
2. Both the clinical and theory classes require a perfect attendance record.
3. The applicant must abide by all ATH, MTI, and Abbottabad policies.
4. Each student must file an affidavit at the time of admission guaranteeing that they will be held accountable if they don’t finish the programme and that they will work for MTI, Abbottabad, for at least three years.
5. On the aforementioned positions, a 5% quota is set aside for people with disabilities and a 5% quota for people of colour (Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Medical Board should be required).
6. The advertisement may be withdrawn by the institute.
7. The institute has the authority to alter the number of positions.
8. If candidates are proven to have lied in their papers or credentials at any point, they will be dismissed.
9. Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for an interview.
10. An ETEA test will be performed for screening. In the ETEA test, 33% is the minimum required score.

How To Apply

1. To apply for the position, interested individuals should first go to www.etea.edu.pk and do so online.
2. A required online deposit sheet (including the token number, the project code, and the candidate’s personal information) will be generated following the successful submission of the online application.
3. Grab a hardcopy of the deposit slip that was generated and deposit the required test fee (which is nonrefundable) via the Easypaisa app or the Agent Jazz Cash app, or by using a UBL OMNI agent at any UBL Bank branch.
4. Please maintain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing the bank’s required stamp for your own records after a successful fee submission; do not provide it to anybody else.
5. The candidates who pass the screening test will still furnish copies of testimonials/documents as and when requested by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for inspection reasons after submitting their online applications.
6. From March 24, 2023, an online application form will be available at www.etea.edu.pk. The deadline to submit an online application is April 10, 2023.
7. ETEA will notify candidates through SMS to download and print their roll numbers from www.etea.edu.pk.
8. Candidate instructions state not to provide a ported or converted cellphone number.
9. The Roll No. Slip will include the test date, time, and location. 10. For the postal/courier screening test, candidates will not receive a second Call Letter.

• Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies.
• Read the instructions thoroughly before filling the online application form.
• ETEA shall verify deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected.
• Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified. Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
• Keep the bank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
• Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
