How to Apply / Terms & Condition:

1. Applicants who are currently serving as government servants should apply “through proper channel” and provide the NOC (No Objection Certificate) during the interview. All recruitment processes will adhere to the Recruitment Policy of the Establishment Division.
2. Age relaxation will be granted according to the prevailing rules of the Federal Government.
3. The reserved quotas of 2% for disabled individuals, 5% for minorities, 10% for women, and transgender individuals will be observed as per the Federal Government’s regulations.
4. Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
5. During the interview, candidates must present the relevant/original documents. Photocopies of the documents will not be accepted.
6. Skill tests will be conducted for the positions of DEO, Steno Typist, LDC, Cook, Driver, and other technical staff. The authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.
7. Applications, along with one photograph, a copy of CNIC, educational certificates, experience certificates, and a copy of the domicile, should be submitted to the R&I Section, PIMS, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad, within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
8. If applying for multiple posts, applicants must submit separate applications for each post and mention the name of the post on the right corner of the envelope.
9. The application form can be obtained from the PIMS website (www.pims.gov.pk) or the R&I Section of PIMS, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad.
10. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
