Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department Punjab Jobs 2023 (IT Jobs)

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced individuals domiciled in Punjab for the following contract-based positions under the ADP SCHEME titled “RESTARTING BIO-METRIC ATTENDANCE SYSTEM & QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. The qualifications, experience, and other details for each position are as follows:

1. Software Developer
   • Qualification & Experience:
     1. Master’s degree (two years) in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering (Second Division) or Bachelor’s degree (four years) Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering (Second Division) from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission.
     2. Two Years Post-Qualification experience of public / private sector organization in following areas:
        • Angular 2+ with Typescript,
        • MVC.Net, ASP.Net Core/C#
        • SQL store procedure, Functions & Triggers
        • EF & EF Core
2. Mobile Application Developer
   • Qualification & Experience:
     1. Master’s degree (two years) in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering (Second Division) or Bachelor’s degree (four years.) Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering (Second Division) from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission.
     2. Two Years Post-Qualification experience of public/ private sector organization in following areas:
        • Android Development using JAVA/Kotlin
        • Android Software Development Lifecycle
        • Mobile UI Design, Development Patterns and Best Practices
        • MVP, MVVM and Android Architecture components
        • Application Publishing on Play Store
        • Mobile Application Alpha and Beta Testing
        • Mobile Application Integration using Web Services and SDKs. Firebase Integrations
        • Web Services (SOAP, Restful APIs)
        • Code versioning using GitHub

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The positions are offered on a contract basis as per the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab.
2. Age relaxation for candidates: Male (5 years), Female (8 years), and Special/Disabled person (15 years). Age relaxation for candidates working in public sector organizations will be as per current government policy.
3. Candidates with continuous service in a public sector organization will have their service duration deducted from the upper age limit.
4. Transgender candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.
6. Vacancies are post-specific and non-transferable.
7. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
8. Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels.
9. The age of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of application submission.
10. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification.
11. Only degrees from HEC-recognized universities/institutes or equivalent from reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be considered.
12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
13. Original documents along with attested photocopies will be required at the time of the interview.
14. The number of vacancies can be increased/decreased at any time without notice.
15. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning reasons.
16. Final Terms & Conditions of appointment will be settled at the time of actual appointment.
17. Decisions of the Department regarding recruitment, eligibility, shortlisting, and selection criteria will be final.

Application Procedure:

1. Candidates shall apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
2. Submit the duly filled application form (online), along with the NTS deposit slip, CNIC copy, and two recent passport-size photographs, directly to NTS via courier.
3. Pay the test fee at 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters using the 20-digit invoice number generated in your fee slip. Only one bill invoice payment will be accepted.
4. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
5. The deadline for submission of applications is 20th August 2023.
6. The date of written test/skill test will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates only through NTS.
7. Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify.
8. In case of a large number of candidates qualifying the NTS test, the Appointing Authority reserves the right to decide upon any threshold marks ratio of candidates.
