How to Apply & Other Instructions

1. Prior to initiating the online application process, it is imperative to carefully review the “General Instructions” pertaining to aspects such as Application Fee, Written Test, and Interview on the PPSC website, accessible at www.ppsc.gop.pk.
2. It’s crucial to note that individuals employed in Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies under Federal or Provincial Governments, as well as those in Local Bodies, are not eligible for age concessions corresponding to their tenure in said organizations.
3. If a candidate asserts that their qualification is equivalent to the specified requirement, they must furnish an Equivalence Certificate from the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the respective Administrative Department. This certificate will be regarded as conclusive by the Commission during the interview process or whenever it’s requested. Failure to present this certificate will lead to the cancellation of the candidate’s candidature.
4. In instances where a candidate claims experience from a private firm/entity, it is imperative to provide evidence during the interview that the firm/entity is duly registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other relevant Regulatory Authority. Failure to provide such evidence will result in the rejection of the application. The candidate must furnish proof of registration indicating that the concerned private entity had registered status throughout the claimed experience period.
5. Following the application for a specific post, candidates must promptly apply for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC in their respective Department(s) and furnish it during the interview (if summoned).
6. Subsequent to applying for a post advertised by PPSC, candidates must ensure they have obtained/applied for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or any other pertinent body for the issuance of a Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date. This certificate must be provided during the interview (if called).
7. Candidates must furnish a certificate indicating the marks obtained/total marks or percentage for all degrees, issued by the Competent Authority, during the interview. CGPA scores will not be accepted.
8. It is essential to rely solely on information available on the PPSC’s official website, as any information from other sources is not considered authentic or reliable.
9. Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will exclusively be conducted in Lahore.
10. In the event of any alterations (increase/decrease) in the number of advertised positions by the concerned department, no fresh applications will be solicited.
11.
