UVAS invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions: Assistant Treasurer, Laboratory Assistant, Peon, Assistant Registrar, Clerk, Assistant Director Finance, Mali, Security Guard, Assistant Director Teaching, Assistant Controller Examination, Accountant, Assistant Professor, Assistant Auditor, Laboratory Attendant, Cook, Assistant Admin Officer, Lecturer, Associate Professor, Sweeper, Chowkidar, Driver, Naib Qasid, Professor and Office Assistant.

How to Apply

1. The application form is available on the university’s website www.uvasswat.edu.pk. Interested eligible candidates are required to apply online and submit a duly filled application along with attested copies of all testimonials, degrees/certificates, DMCs, experience certificates, and other required documents mentioned in the application form. The application should reach the Office of the undersigned on or before 22-06-2023 for candidates within the country and 27-06-2023 for candidates applying from abroad.
2. The application form must be accompanied by the original bank receipt (non-refundable) of Rs. 5000/- for the position of Professor, Rs. 4000/- for Associate Professor, Rs. 2500/- for Assistant Professor, Rs. 2000/- for Lecturer, Rs. 1500/- for positions from serial No. 05-12, and Rs. 1000/- for positions from serial No. 13-20. The bank receipt should be deposited in the name of Assistant Director Finance, the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Swat, in the account titled “THE UOVAS SWAT” with account number: 5203003004452304 at any branch of the Bank of Khyber (BOK).
3. Candidates applying for positions at serial No. 1 and 2 should submit 04 sets of the Application Form along with dossiers, and one set of documents along with the application form for positions from serial No. 03-20.
4. A written test will be conducted through a testing agency or by the university for the positions at S.No.04-20.
5. Candidates will be required to produce the original documents at the time of the interview.
6. Complete applications, in all respects, must be sent via courier to House No. 397, Sector C, Kanju Township, Swat. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
