Water and Sanitation Services Company Mingora Swat, established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, aims to enhance the provision of integrated Drinking Water, Sanitation, and Solid Waste Management Services in the Tehsil Municipal Administration area of Babuzai, Swat. The Board of Directors at WSSC Mingora Swat is seeking a highly experienced, qualified, dynamic, and visionary professional to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The job advertisement was published in the daily The News Newspaper on June 8, 2023.

Qualification Required:

The ideal candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer at Water and Sanitation Services Company Mingora Swat should possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a master’s degree in business administration/economics from an HEC recognized institution. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive post-qualification experience in management roles, either in the public or private sector. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Municipal Services. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Government Rules/Regulations and Public Sector Corporate Governance. Proficiency in computer software usage, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and demonstrated leadership abilities are essential for this role. Pay Package:

The selected candidate will receive a competitive market-based salary as per the company’s policy, commensurate with their qualification and experience. The appointment will be on a contract basis, following the guidelines set by the SECP.
