BPSC (Balochistan Public Service Commission) released job advertisement No. 07/2023 on 16 May 2023. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply online for these positions.
There are vacant positions available in Quetta, Makran, Sibi, Kalat, Naseerabad and Zhob, Balochistan, Pakistan for the following posts: Assistant Director Project, Physical Education Teacher, Assistant Director, Assistant, Deputy Director, Prosecuting Inspector, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Director Coordination, Assistant Director Water, Director Technical, Deputy Director Laboratory, Publicity Officer, Assistant Director Air Noise, and Research Assistant.
Individuals with educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s, Master’s, LLB, B.E., and other relevant degrees are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Age:
The age of applicants will be calculated based on the closing date for receiving applications.
Local/Domicile Certificate:
- The candidate must submit a local/domicile certificate from their respective district. If a married female candidate, who is not currently employed in the government sector, wishes to apply based on the local/domicile of her husband, she should provide the local/domicile certificate of her husband that includes her name. In the case of in-service candidates, the local/domicile certificate endorsed in their department’s service record will be accepted.
- The government reserves the right to either not fill any vacancy or fill a different number of vacancies than originally announced by the Commission.
Zonal Allocation:
The allocation of vacancies in different zones is in accordance with the Recruitment Policy of 1991 as outlined by the Government of Baluchistan.
Experience:
Unless stated otherwise in the recruitment rules, the required experience (supported by valid documentary proof) refers to the post-qualification experience obtained through regular, full-time paid employment or on-the-job training that is relevant to the position. This experience should have been acquired after obtaining the necessary qualification and until the closing date. Experience gained through part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee positions will not be considered or counted as relevant experience.
Eligibility:
The eligibility of candidates, as per the Recruitment Rules and advertised conditions, will be assessed after the completion of the screening/professional test/examination. Upon thorough scrutiny of the applications, if any candidate is found ineligible, their candidature will be canceled, regardless of whether they have appeared in the examination/test or have qualified. In case of rejection based on ineligibility, the Commission will inform the applicants. Therefore, candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility for the applied post before submitting their applications.
How to Apply
- All applications for initial recruitment in BPS-16 and above must be submitted online through the BPSC website (www.bpsc.gob.pk). Hard copies of online applications are not required, except for applicants without internet access who can submit their applications in person or via mail using the prescribed form to reach the Balochistan Public Service Commission, Quetta, by the closing date of June 15, 2023. The application form, available on the BPSC website, should provide detailed particulars based on the prescribed conditions for the desired position.
- Candidates must bring their original CNIC, Treasury Receipt (Green Challan), and a downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate/Roll no slip during the screening/written test. Original CNIC and Treasury Receipt are essential documents. Candidates should retain the original Treasury Receipt and not send it to the BPSC office in advance to avoid any inconvenience during entry into the examination halls.
- Candidates who submitted their applications by hand or mail/post will receive their roll no slips through postal delivery and will also be notified via SMS.
- Admission Certificates/Roll no slips for the screening (MCQ’s Test/Written test) for the applied posts will be available on the BPSC website (www.bpsc.gob.pk). Candidates should frequently visit the website and will also be notified through SMS.
- No additional time is provided for postal transit.
APPLICATION FEE:
Candidates are required to deposit the original treasury receipt of Rs. 2000 for BPS-19, Rs. 1000 for BPS-18, and Rs. 600 for BPS-17 & BPS-16. The fee should be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan within the province of Balochistan or an authorized Government Treasury under the Head C02101 ORGANOF STATE EXAM.FEE RECEIPT BPSC, incorporating the relevant RCO/District-wise Code in the Challan. The RCO/District-wise code can be found on the official website of the Commission (www.bpsc.gob.pk).
