College Education Department Sindh Jobs 2023 – Region Mirpur Khas

The College Education Department of the Government of Sindh is inviting applications for various vacant posts ranging from BPS 01 to BPS-04 in the jurisdiction of the Regional Director of Colleges, Mirpurkhas Region, Mirpurkhas. The eligible candidates (male/female) are encouraged to apply for these posts, which are categorized according to district and profession. The following positions are commonly found in various organizations: Chowkidar, Driver, Lab Attendant, Malhi, Naib Qasid, and Sanitary Worker.

The total number for of available positions is 82, with 65 positions reserved for general quota, 11 positions reserved for female quota, 3 positions for disable quota, and 3 positions for minority quota.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the posts are divided into two categories: Age Qualification and Domicile. Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Age Qualification: The candidates must be between 18 to 28 years old.
• Domicile: Candidates must be from Mirpur khas Division for General Quota, while 5% Disabled, Minority and Female Quota is reserved for candidates from all districts.

How to Apply for the Available Posts

1. Eligible candidates who meet the required qualifications and criteria must submit their applications with attested copies of testimonials, certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRC, experience certificate (if required), driving license (for the post of driver), disability certificate (in case of candidate applying on disable quota) and two passport size photographs.
2. The applications should be submitted or addressed to the Regional Directorate (Colleges), Mirpurkhas Region, Mirpurkhas.
3. The last date for submitting the applications is 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
4. Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
5. Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be allowed according to Sindh Govt. Notification No.SO-II (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 Karachi, dated 23-01-2023.
6. The government reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the appointment process at any stage.
7. Any form of canvassing will disqualify the candidature of the applicant.
8. Candidates who are already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel.
9. Eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called in for the interview/test. The candidate must bring the relevant documents/certificates (in original) at the time of interview/test.
10. Candidates applying for the post of Driver (BPS-04) will be required to go through the driving test.
11. Professional Sweepers will be given preference for the post of Sanitary Worker.
12. No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates for appearing in interview/test.
13. Candidates who acquire any qualification after the closing date of the application will not be eligible to apply, and their application will not be entertained.
14. Candidates who have already applied in 2019 are advised to submit their applications afresh.
