Deputy Director Security Jobs 2023 at WAPDA Lahore

Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Lahore, located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Deputy Director Security (BPS-18). Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification/Experience Candidates must be retired officers of the Armed Forces holding the rank of Major or equivalent. Preference will be given to individuals with relevant field experience.
• Age Limit The maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years.

Note: The appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 years. The appointees will be eligible for regularization based on their satisfactory performance.

General Conditions & Instructions:

• Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview, and no TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided. The prescribed age limit cannot be further relaxed, and the age will be calculated based on the last date of receipt of applications.
• Candidates must present their original documents during the interview. Individuals who have been discharged or disqualified from service on disciplinary grounds, as well as those who have been dismissed or debarred from future employment, are not eligible to apply.
• Applications that are incomplete, contain incorrect information, or are received after the last date will be rejected. Any information or documents found to be false at any stage of the induction process or during the candidate’s service will result in termination.
• Applicants should have a medical category of ‘A’. Project allowance will be provided for postings at projects.
• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.

2. Candidates must fill out the application form completely and submit it along with the following documents: Curriculum Vitae (C.V), copies of CNIC, Domicile Certificate, Academic Certificates/Transcripts (both sides) of Matric/Intermediate/Graduation/Master, experience letters/certificates, training certificates, NOC (if applicable) from the government department where currently employed, retirement orders containing SOS/SOD issued by MS Branch GHQ, and 2 recent passport-size photographs.
3. The application package should be sent directly to the Director General (Recruitment), B-26 WAPDA House, Lahore, via courier or postal service within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication.
