For Assistant Professor and Lecturer posts, candidates are required to submit three sets of applications, while for non-teaching posts, two complete sets of applications must be submitted, all on the prescribed form. The application should be accompanied by attested copies of degree certificates, result cards, transcripts, and relevant research work certificates. Experience statements should be supported by relevant certificates. Each set should also include a photograph, along with a Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan, or an original bank challan/online deposit slip paid in the Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan Account No. 0010044236650022 (Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch), with the respective amounts: Rs. 3,000/- for BPS-17 & above, Rs. 1000/- for BPS-5 to 16, and Rs. 500/- for posts below BPS-05.
