The Directorate of Health Services Baltistan Region Skardu, under the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, has advertised job openings for the Health Department Baltistan in the May 9, 2023 edition of the daily Ausaf Newspaper. The Health Department Baltistan is seeking eligible candidates who meet the necessary qualifications for appointment to several regular and SPS-based vacant positions in the region.

Interested candidates with educational qualifications such as Middle, B.E, Matric, and others will be given preference. Please review the terms and conditions specified for each position before applying.

The following positions are available: Endoscopy Technician, Blood Technician, Anesthesia Technician, Operation Theatre Assistant (OTA) Technician, Medical Technician, Operation Theatre (OT) Technician, ECG Technician, Oxygen Generation Plant Helper, Mammography Medical Technician, MNCH Technician, CT Scan Medical Technician, Pathology Technician, Electro-Medical Technician, Lady Health Visitor (LHV), Oxygen Generation Plant Supervisor, Lep Technician, Dialysis Technician, PCR Lab Technician, TB Technician, Surgery Technician, Solar Operator, ICU Technician, JMT Medical Technician, Oxygen Generation Plant Operator, MCH Technician, Dental Technician, Radiology Technician, Cardiology Technician, Immunization Technician, and MRI Medical Technician.

How to Apply?

1. Interested candidates can apply for the submission of online applications by visiting https://etc.hec.gov.pk/ within 30 days of the publication of this advertisement. The online application/registration process must be completed by clicking the “submit” button before the stipulated deadline of 4 pm.
2. During the online registration process, candidates must enter all required information accurately and with due diligence. Please do not provide a mobile number that has been ported from the original mobile company.
3. Applications received by hand or through courier/email will not be accepted or entertained.
4. Candidates should ensure that they are eligible in all respects for the post applied for before appearing in the examination/test.

6. A physical test fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited in Account No. 1742 7900 133401, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 1742.
7. Download the bank fee challan while registering for the test at https://etc.hec.gov.pk/ (the fee challan is available only on the ETC online registration portal).
8. All candidates are required to upload the paid and scanned fee challan, duly stamped by an HBL branch, while completing the application form on the ETC online registration portal to submit the application.
9. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. Candidates must resolve any queries or complaints before the closure of the web registration portal. The system denies handling queries/complaints beyond the registration deadline due to logistics/security reasons.
