Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO Jobs 2023 – Director ERP

LESCO is looking for a qualified and dynamic professional for the position of Director ERP on a performance-based contract. LESCO is a registered power distribution company under the Companies Ordinance 1984 and licensed to provide electricity to more than 6.04 million consumers in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana districts. The Director ERP will be responsible for managing and implementing the company’s enterprise resource planning system. The contract is purely performance-based and will not be regularized in the future.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Applicants must hold a Chartered Accountant, ACMA, Masters’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Software Engineering, MBIT Management Sciences, Accounting & Finance, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized local or foreign university/institution. However, candidates with a Ph.D. in these disciplines will be given preference.
2. Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in Oracle application with at least 2 full ERP life cycle implementations. PMP certified professionals will be preferred, and Oracle Certified Professionals will also be considered.
3. In-depth knowledge and project management experience is required to manage a sizable project team.
4. Additional technical qualifications and certifications, along with a variety of work experience, will be an added advantage.
5. Candidates must have the ability to troubleshoot application issues and possess good communication skills, both spoken and written, as well as presentation skills.

50 Years

ERP Systems Management Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper functioning of ERP systems and the continuity of business processes.
• Analyze and understand business requirements, technical design, and implementation.
• Provide coaching and leadership to team members and end-users.
• Control project scope and manage risk.
• Manage ERP technical architecture/infrastructure.
• Communicate project needs regularly and effectively to top management.

Remuneration:

The position comes with a compensation package based on market rates and will be paid as a lump sum.

Tenure:

The job will be on a lump sum pay package under an open contract, and a probation period of six months will be applicable.
