Ministry of Maritime Affairs Gwadar Port Authority Jobs 2023. Gwadar Port Authority, under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the following positions on a regular basis.

The following positions are available for recruitment: Sub Engineer (Civil), Sub Engineer (Mech), Sub Engineer (Electrical), Law Officer, Hydrographic Surveyor, I.T (Supervisor), Steno Typist, Quantitiy Surveyor, Fire Station Inspector, Electrician, Air Condition Mechanic, Fisheries Inspector, Rest House Caretaker, Jetty inspector, Mate, Seaman, Sanitation Inspector, Assistant Security Inspector, Mobile Crane Driver, Scuba Diver
Driver, Welder, Plumber, Lineman, Fireman, Mali, Helper, Naib Qasid, Watchman, Laborer and Topass.

Please read the following instructions carefully:

1. Applications must be submitted via email to info@gwadarport.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Please use the prescribed proforma available on GPA’s website. Include a passport-size photograph and a detailed CV in your email.
2. Candidates currently employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must apply through proper channel.
3. Observance of quota: 10% for women, 5% for minorities, and 2% for disabled persons. Candidates with disabilities must submit a registration certificate issued by the Federal/Provincial Government.
4. Age relaxation will be considered as per Federal Government rules, issued from time to time.
5. Incomplete CVs/resumes and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
6. The selection process will strictly adhere to merit and departmental rules. The Departmental Selection Committee will make the final decision.
7. Candidates attempting to exert any kind of influence will be disqualified at the outset.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
9. No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for the test/interview.
10. Gwadar Port Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process partially or completely.
11. The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
12. Final selection will be subject to medical fitness determined by the nominated Chief Medical Officer/Medical Team of GPA and security clearance from the concerned Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs/Police).
