The Ministry of National Food Security & Research, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications for contract-based appointments on a purely temporary basis for the project titled “Establishment of Consumer Sourcing Seed Authenticity System and Strengthening of Labs of FSC&RD.”

Available Posts:

Applications are invited for the following posts on a contract period of ONE YEAR or until the project’s completion:

1. Post: Software Developer Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Sciences/Technology with experience in software development, web hosting/development. Maximum Age Limit: 30 years (with age relaxation permissible under rules).
2. Post: IT Specialist Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology with experience in software, web development/hosting, and Networking. Maximum Age Limit: 30 years (with age relaxation as permissible under the rules).

Application Procedure:

Interested candidates must apply online through the National Jobs Portal at http://njp.gov.pk within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication date. Please clearly mention the name of the post you are applying for on the right-hand corner of the envelope. During the test/interview, original documents/educational degrees/diplomas, experience certificates, CNIC, etc., will be verified. Candidates currently employed in Government positions should apply through the proper channels. The recruitment and shortlisting of candidates will follow the standard criteria as per the Establishment’s Recruitment policy. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/interview. No TA/DA shall be provided for the test/interview.
