National Commission for Human Rights Jobs – Vacant Positions 2023
The National Commission for Human Rights in Islamabad, along with its Regional Offices in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta, has announced several vacancies for suitable candidates. These positions are available at various Basic Pay Scales, and interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
The advertised positions include Naib Qasid, Registrar, Assistant Private Secretary, Director, Stenotypist, Upper Division Clerk, Assistant Director Legal, Deputy Director, Lower Division Clerk, and Public Relations Officer.
As per the advertisement published in the daily Roznama 92 News Newspaper on April 16, 2023, candidates with various educational qualifications, including Matric, MPhil, Intermediate, Master, Bachelor, LLB, LLM, PhD, and Primary, are eligible to apply.

- Submit your application online via the National Job Portal’s website (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Hard copies of applications will not be accepted.
- All appointments will be made based on the prevailing recruitment rules of the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR).
- A list of shortlisted candidates and the date/time for the skill test/interview will be posted on the NCHR’s website at www.nchr.gov.pk. Applicants are advised to visit the website regularly.
- Candidates must bring their original documents, domicile, and CNIC at the time of the test/interview.
- Employees of government/semi-government bodies/corporations should provide their NOC at the time of the interview after successfully passing the written test.
- Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
- The federal government’s prescribed rules allow relaxation in the upper age limit.
- Selected candidates for BPS-11 & 13 must complete mandatory training as prescribed in the rules.
- The selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
- The NCHR reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without giving any reason.
