National Skills University (NSU) Islamabad Jobs 2023

The National Skills University is seeking candidates for various positions in Islamabad, as advertised in the daily Ausaf Newspaper on May 16, 2023. Interested candidates are requested to apply before May 24, 2023, or as mentioned in the newspaper advertisement. The location of the university is Islamabad, Pakistan.

The Positions include Associate Professor, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Librarian, System Administrator, Public Relations Officer, Computer Programmer, Lecturer, Deputy Director Estate Care, Deputy Treasurer, Assistant Director Purchase, Assistant Engineer Civil, Deputy Director A&C, Assistant Professor, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Director Planning Development, Registrar, Assistant Director Store, Assistant Director QEC, Network Administrator, Deputy Registrar, Additional Registrar, Controller of Examination, Director Planning Development and Professor. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for these diverse job opportunities.

The educational qualifications required for these positions include MPhil, Master’s degree, MS, Bachelor’s degree, other relevant degrees, and PhD, among others.

Applicants who previously applied in response to our advertisement on 07.04.2023, and had their applications received by the University until 27-04-2023, are not required to apply again (a list of such applicants can be found on the NSU website).

How to Apply

1. To apply, please visit the NSU website at https://nsu.edu.pk/jobs and complete the online application. Print a copy of the application form and attach all required documents (attested copies of degrees, certificates, CNIC, two photographs, paid challan, etc.). The complete application must reach the following address on or before 24-05-2023. Applications received after this date will not be accepted. For the positions of Professors/Associate Professors, submit four complete sets of applications. For Assistant Professors/Lecturers, submit three sets, and for other positions, submit two sets.
2. Deposit the processing fee using the challan form available at https://nsu.edu.pk/jobs. The fee can be paid at any branch of Habib Bank Limited. Attach the university copy of the challan to the application as follows:
   1. BPS 20-21: Rs. 5,000/-
   2. BPS 19: Rs. 3,000/-
   3. BPS 18: Rs. 2,000/-
   4. BPS 17: Rs. 1,000/-
3. If applying for multiple positions, submit separate application forms, along with separate processing fees and documents.
4. In-service candidates from public sector organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a NOC along with the application. Applications without a NOC will not be entertained.
5. Only candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria should apply.
6. Clearly mention the name of the desired post on the left corner of the envelope.
7. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee experience will not be considered.
8. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government rules.
9. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
10. The University reserves the right:
    1. Not to fill any vacancy without providing a reason or to consider a person for a lower cadre appointment.
    2. To shortlist candidates based on academic qualifications/tests as determined by the university. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
    3. To increase/decrease the number of vacancies based on the availability of funds.
