Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab Job Opportunity 2023. The Punjab Branch of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) is pleased to announce a job opportunity for the year 2023. Qualified and dynamic candidates are invited to apply for the following position on a purely contract basis: The position of Manager Migration and Displacement is available at the Lahore posting location. This job advertisement was published in the daily Express Newspaper on approximately May 26, 2023.

Required Qualification and Experience

Qualifications and Requirements for the Position of Manager Migration and Displacement:

• The candidate should hold a Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in fields such as Political Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, Migration Studies, International Relations, or Development Studies.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification work experience is required (excluding internships).
• Preference will be given to candidates with managerial experience in working with refugees/migrants in Pakistan or in rehabilitation work.
• The candidate should have demonstrated experience in program design and implementation related to Migration and Displacement.
• Proficiency in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and involving affected individuals and government in migration programming is essential.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in email, internet usage, spreadsheets, word processing, and remote working tools, are required.
• Excellent report writing and proposal development skills are necessary.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years.
• The Migration and Displacement Manager will be based at the Provincial Headquarter in Lahore and will be required to travel regularly across the province.
• The salary range for this position is Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 90,000/-.
