The Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi is looking to fill two important posts: one of the Principal and the other of the Vice Principal. This is a great opportunity to help shape the future of the college and to be part of the prestigious cadet college. The job advertisement was announced on 30 March 2023. The last date to apply for the positions is 15 April 2023.

The successful candidate will be offered a consolidated salary package (negotiable), free medical cover, a car with a driver, and furnished accommodation on campus. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, extendable by the National Council, PBSA.

Eligibility Criteria

• Principal Equivalent to BS-20
  • The candidate must have a Masters’s (M.A/MSc) degree in Education or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. The college is particularly interested in applicants with experience in an educational institution. The age limit for the position is 55 years.
  • The college is looking for retired army officers with a rank equivalent of B.S. 20 from the Army Education Corps who possess at least 17 years of teaching, administrative and/or management experience from a recognized institution.
• Vice Principal (Admin) Equivalent to BS-19
  • The candidate must have a Masters’s (M.A/MSc)  degree in Education or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. The college is particularly interested in applicants with experience in administration. The age limit for the position is 45 years.
  • The college is looking for retired army officers with a rank equivalent of B.S. 19 from the Army Education Corps who possess at least 15 years of teaching, administrative and/or management experience from a recognized institution.

• Applicants along with bio-data or CV, mentioning the date of birth, name of District and educational qualification, and experience along with attested copies of necessary documents, should reach the Director Resource Development, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association, National Headquarters, Garden Avenue, Islamabad by Post, by 15th April 2023. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
• Applicants who have already submitted their applications in response to the advertisement published in Daily ‘Ausaf’ and ‘The Nation’ dated 9th March 2023 for these positions, need not to apply again.
• Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi is now offering positions on a contract basis extendable subject to best performances.
• Age relaxation is granted to experienced candidates as per the rules of the competent authority. Short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview and no TA/DA will be paid for the same.
