- Quotations are invited from the reputed Travel Agents, on the approved list of PIA/IATA, with established business at Rawalpindi/Islamabad for provision of air passage booking on credit basis for inland/abroad travel and related services such as provision of foreign exchange, assistance in visa endorsement, issuance of tickets, changing/reconfirmation and cancellation of tickets without charges.
- The travel agency should have potential and credibility in following areas:
- World Wide network of their offices and personnel in addition to inland set-up.
- Effective linkage with Amadeus System having direct access with reputable airlines, hotels etc, worldwide.
- Connected with GDS (Global Distribution System) CDN (Consolidated Data Net-work) and capable of providing relevant facilities to the clients.
- Due to austerity measure, offer cheapest air tickets for travelling inland/abroad.
- Quotations should reach the undersigned upto 10th May, 2023 in duplicate in sealed envelope. The undersigned would have the right to reject the offers without assigning any reason.
