Job Opportunities in Balochistan Prisons Department 2023. The Balochistan Prisons Department is inviting applications from candidates holding local domicile of Balochistan for various vacant positions male and female both candidates can apply. The recruitment process will be carried out under the Darien Quota, in accordance with the Recruitment Policy 1991 set by the Government of Balochistan. The following are the details of the available positions. This job advertisement was published in the Daily Express newspaper on June 2, 2023.
The Balochistan Prisons Department is currently offering several positions for interested candidates. The available positions include Assistant Computer Operator, Junior Clerk, Lady Health Visitor, Junior Drill Instructor, Compounder, Muallim Al Quran, Electrician, Gas Fitter, Lab Assistant, Tailor Master, X-ray Technician, Motor Mechanic, Plumber, Drivers, Midwife, X-ray Attendant, Barber, Cook and Sweeper. Please note that the positions are not categorized according to the BPS scale.
How to Apply & Terms and Conditions:
- All applications must be submitted along with the following documents: local domicile certificate, educational documents (matriculation certificate), attested copy of the F.S. approved identification card, and four recent passport-sized attested photographs addressed to the Inspector General of Prisons/Chairman Main Selection Committee Office by the closing date of 16th June 2023.
- No applications will be accepted after the specified date.
- Candidates will have to pass a written test and interview as part of the selection process. Age relaxation for the positions will be in accordance with the relevant laws of the Government of Balochistan, except for Warder Mail.
- Application forms can be obtained from all central and district jails upon payment of Rs. 200.
- Completed applications can be submitted at the respective nearby central or district jail and Inspector General of Prisons Balochistan, Smungli Road.
- The announcement of written exam and interview dates will be made through newspapers after the receipt of applications. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
