How to Apply

1. The candidate can access and fill the application form available on the website.
2. The candidate can make the payment through bank challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch Lahore (A/C # 3164498127), or deposit the same amount in the University’s online account (PK53NBPA1707003164498127) under the Account Title: “CE UHS”. The applicant should mention the bank challan/online transaction number on the application form. The processing fee details are as follows:
   1. BPS 20 = Rs. 2000/-
3. The applicant should carefully fill the form, providing personal information, educational information, experience, etc.
4. The filled form, along with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, and passport-size colored photographs, and the original bank challan/DD/PO for the paid processing fee, must be sent by post to the office of Deputy Registrar (Admin & Coord), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. In-person applications will not be accepted. The deadline for submission is 28-07-2023 during working hours.
5. Eligible/shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview date.
