Applications are invited for various vacant positions in the Teaching and Specialist Cadre at Trauma Centre & Emergency Department, Quetta. The positions are purely on Adhoc & Contract basis for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension. The Trauma Centre & Emergency Department is a teaching facility of Post Graduate Medical Institute, Quetta (PGMI) and offers initial scale salary of BPS-18 (with two initial basic of 2017 Trauma Health Risk Allowance).

Vacant Positions in the Specialist Cadre:

1. Senior Registrar Surgery (BPS-18) – 5 positions
2. Senior Registrar Neurosurgery (BPS-18) – 5 positions
3. Senior Registrar Orthopedic Surgery (BPS-18) – 3 positions
4. Senior Registrar Paeds Surgery (BPS-18) – 3 positions
5. Senior Registrar Anesthesiology (BPS-18) – 3 positions
6. Senior Registrar Vascular Surgery (BPS-18) – 2 positions
7. Senior Registrar ICU Intensivist (BPS-18) – 2 positions
8. Anesthetist (BPS-18) – 3 positions

Terms & Conditions:

• Candidates from all over the country are eligible to apply.
• Candidates below the age of sixty (60) years will be appointed purely on Adhoc basis as per the APT Rules 2009 and cannot be regularized at a later stage.
• Retired employees of the Health Department and candidates above the age of sixty (60) years will be appointed on a contract basis and cannot be regularized at a later stage.
• Candidates must have completed MBBS & FCPS or MS/MD in the relevant specialty and hold a permanent PMC registration.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Trauma Emergency services.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.

• The interview will be held on 7th August 2023 at PGMI Quetta, starting at 10 am.
• Attested photocopies of documents, including Local Certificate, CNIC, Academic Certificate, and valid PMC registration, must be submitted at the time of the interview.
• Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
