How to Apply

1. Candidates applying for the position of Associate Professors are required to submit five sets of all documents, while one set is required for the positions of Assistant Professors and Lecturers. These documents include application forms, copies of degrees, results cards, transcripts, certificates, and research work/publications. If the degree has not been issued yet, a certificate signed by the Controller of Examination confirming this may be accepted. Experience statements must be supported by certificates from employers.
2. Application Forms can be downloaded from the University of Sahiwal website: www.uosahiwal.edu.pk.
3. Candidates applying for multiple posts should submit separate application forms with all necessary documents, completed in all respects.
4. Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable bank draft or postal order in favor of “University of Sahiwal” as per the following details:
5. Rs. 3,000/- for the positions of Associate Professors.
6. Rs. 2,000/- for the positions of Assistant Professors & Lecturers.
7. The respective amounts mentioned above can also be deposited through a bank challan at HBL (Farid Town Branch Sahiwal) A/C# 1672-79012994-52, University of Sahiwal.
8. The application form should have a recent passport-sized photograph affixed to it.
9. Candidates who are already employed in a government/semi-government department or an autonomous body must apply through proper channel within the specified deadline, otherwise, their applications will not be entertained.
10. The contract will initially be for one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance.
11. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even if they were posted before the deadline.
12. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
13. Applications must be submitted to the Office of the Additional Registrar, University of Sahiwal, either by hand or through courier services.
14. The deadline for submitting applications for all posts is 21-07-2023, during office hours.
