The Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is actively engaged in various employee welfare projects under the guidance of the Managing Director (PWF). We are currently seeking an individual for the role of Manager Internal Audit (PWF) who possesses a dynamic personality and the ability to enhance the efficiency of PWF.

As the Manager Internal Audit (PWF) at the Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF), you will oversee multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing the well-being of the organization’s staff. We are searching for a candidate with a vibrant personality and the capacity to drive increased effectiveness within the foundation.

Appointment Details and Tenure:

The appointment will initially be on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. The maximum tenure for the position is 3 years or until reaching the age of 64, whichever comes earlier.

Qualification:

Candidates should hold a CA/ACMA/ACCA or CA (Inter)/MBA (Finance)/M.Com degree or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by HEC.

Age/Eligibility:

Candidates must not exceed the age of 62. Retired WAPDA/DISCOS/NTDC employees with a commendable service record are also eligible to apply.

Experience:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as Manager (Audit) in BPS-19 or a total of 18 years of audit experience, including at least 3 years in BPS-18, within WAPDA/DISCO/NTDC.

General Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated. They should possess excellent analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in internal audit and accounts of public sector entities is desired.
