Walk-in-Interview for Campus Manager at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad

Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic individual to be hired as a Campus Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a leadership role in the education sector.

The role of the Campus Manager is to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the campus, including the management of staff, students, and the overall management of the campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures, as well as managing and monitoring the budget for the campus.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, the successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work with a variety of individuals and groups.

Qualification/Experience

Masters or equivalent degree preferably in Management/Administration/ Education Planning & Management with 12-years’ relevant experience seven (7) years in BPS-18 preferably in an Educational Institution or similar organization of a repute at National or International level with strong communication and analytical skills, leadership qualities and in-depth knowledge of codal formalities and civil servants rules and procedures: candidates who have professional experience and served in professional organization on higher cadre will be given preference etc.

Job Summary

The job requires carving out and putting up novel and viable plans/ proposals/estimates in accordance with national and international educational standards for the betterment of the University and shall be required to carry out the security of the campus, hostels and events etc.

1. On Wednesday, March 24, 2023, eligible candidates must appear before the scrutiny committee with a copy of their application on the required form, which can be downloaded from www.qau.edu.pk or obtained from the Registrar Office (Establishment Section). Original documents must also be brought, including degrees and certificates, experience certificates, CNICs, and two recent photos.
2.  The Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes and other rules or regulations that may be updated from time to time will apply to the chosen candidate.
3.  The university reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason, to fill the job, or to defer an appointment for the advertised position.
4.  Attendance at the walk-in interview is suggested only for qualified candidates.
5. In all circumstances, the University’s decision is final and enforceable.
