5. Interview dates will be communicated on the SMBZAN ICQ website for shortlisted candidates.
6. Shortlisted candidates must bring one complete set of attested documents with CNIC, CV, two passport size photographs, experience letter, and original documents.
7. The selected candidates will be offered a contract appointment for a period of one year, which can be extended based on performance.
8. Age relaxation is available as per government policy.
9. Quotas are reserved for females, disabled persons, and minorities.
10. The appointment will be based on merit, with preference given to Balochistan province residents.
11. Candidates already working in the government department should submit NOC during document submission. Candidates with NOC in progress are not eligible to apply.
12. Selected candidates will receive attractive and competitive market salaries.
13. The Competent Authority reserves the right to adjust the number of positions.
14. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
